Please keep in mind, that yep! the products you see here look “real”, but they are digital products. So, nothing with be shipped to your home address, all products are downloadable. Because of the nature of downloadable designs, no refunds can be given once a download is complete. Digital Kits are saved in 300 dpi as individual PNG format for all Embellishments and in JPG format for Papers that are in a square format.

ALLOWED USE

Use the items sold with Personal Use License to create your digital and hybrid scrapbooking layouts, crafts and projects.​

You can share your finished projects in galleries, if credit for supplies is given, please credit to ForeverJoy Designs. If your project is on a publication, give credit to ForeverJoy Designs.

PROHIBITED USES:

You may not do anything with the content that is not expressly permitted.

(a) You may not RESELL or redistribute my designs as clip art, digital scrap elements/papers/alphas/templates/quick pages on any site or in any store.

(b) You may not use the content in design template applications for resale, including, without limitation, website templates, flash templates, and brochure design templates;

(c) You may not create print on demand items of any kind using my designs.  You may not display the content on websites designed to induce sales of “print on demand” products, including candy wrappers, note cards, book marks, postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items (this includes custom design websites as well as sites such as (but not limited to) Cafe Press, Etsy, Ebay, Teachers Pay Teachers, etc.);

(d) You may not claim content or altered content as your own. You may not alter these graphics and call them your own. You may not take any part of these graphics and add it to your graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own.

(e) You may not use the content or any part thereof as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark, or logo;

(f) You may not incorporate the content in any product that results in a re-distribution of the Content (such as electronic greeting card web sites);

(g) You may not use the Content in a fashion that is considered pornographic, obscene, defamatory or libelous in nature;

(h) You may not use any image in the content that depicts a person to endorse a business, product or service;

(i) You may not remove any notice of copyright, trade-mark or other proprietary right from any place where it appears on or in the Content or its accompanying materials;

(j) You may not sub-license, resell, rent, lend, include designs as part of a kit club or membership program or otherwise distribute the Content;

(k) You may not transfer the rights to the Content or accompanying materials (if applicable), except as specifically provided for elsewhere in this Agreement.

(l) You may not offer Content on any web page for download. This includes any thing that you would deem as Fair Use. There is no reasonable application of scrapbooking materials that would fall under “Fair Use” guidelines.

(m) You may not provide the editable pieces of the kit to anyone else under any circumstances.

(n)  You may not use content to create Quick Pages, Desk Tops, blog backgrounds or any other item that is intended to be sold or given to the general public as a “freebie” on a blog or any other website. You may make these items for your personal use, however, you may not share them without first obtaining my permission.
